  • Roslyn Northwest Black Pioneers
Centering Black history and heritage the Craven family' efforts are now becoming available for study and reference for Washington State. These historians preserved in great detail their efforts to inform the PNW as well as serve as guides into the black experience and resilience. From fundraising, teaching and promotion either by historic news articles, documents or by beautiful parade floats they have laid the foundation for the Seattle Griot Project. And we thank them!
